Following graduation from University Lia worked with NSW Public Works gaining comprehensive experience in the design, documentation, and contract administration of schools and health projects. Since entering the private sector, Lia has over the past 20 years broadened her skills in a wide range of projects including health and aged care facilities, community housing, retail, private and public schools, multi-storey buildings, and residential developments.
